DRIVEWAYS, CONCRETE & ASPHALT REPAIR
A repair, removal or new surface starts with what is there.
Tell us whether the job is a damaged section, a full removal, a new driveway or a change to an existing surface. Approximate measurements, current condition, vehicle use and drainage concerns help separate the work you need from work you may not. Preparation and disposal should be part of that conversation.
Concrete install/removal
Request installation, removal or both. Describe the slab or area, approximate length and width, thickness if known and intended use. Include access for equipment and how removed material should be handled.
Request concrete work ↗Driveways
Describe the existing driveway or the ground for a new one, the approximate dimensions and the vehicles using it. Mention slopes, standing water, access requirements and any plans or preferred finish.
Request driveway work ↗Driveway overlays/designs
Explain the appearance or layout you want to change and the condition of the current surface. Cracking, movement, drainage and preparation affect whether an overlay or a different approach should be discussed.
Request an overlay or design ↗Asphalt repair
Mark out the damaged areas in your description: potholes, cracks, broken edges or deterioration. Include approximate dimensions, traffic use and whether water collects in or around the damage.
Request asphalt repair ↗Keep preparation, removal and the new finish in the same discussion.
An overlay does not answer every surface problem, and a new finish is only one part of a replacement job. Explain cracks, uneven areas and water issues before selecting an approach. The quote should identify the work on the existing surface, preparation, removed-material handling and the proposed finish.
