JUNK REMOVAL & CLEANUPS / FLAGLER COUNTY
Need the items gone, not a container to load?
Request junk removal when carrying, loading or clearing is part of the work. A house cleanout, scattered yard debris and a contractor’s cleanup all involve different materials and labor. Tell us what must go, where it is now and what should be left in place so the quote covers the job you actually need.
Junk removal
List the furniture, unwanted items or accumulated material to be removed. Give approximate quantities and call out oversized or heavy pieces. Include whether the items are inside, outside, upstairs or already gathered.
Request junk removal ↗Cleanups
Describe the room, yard, property or work area to be cleared. Identify what is debris and what must stay, including stored materials, plants and belongings. Include approximate area or pile dimensions.
Request a cleanup ↗Contractor and job-site cleanup
List the materials left by the work, whether debris is loose or piled, and the access available for loading. Include the date the area needs to be ready and any other trades working there.
Request job-site cleanup ↗A rental and a removal job solve different problems.
Choose a dumpster if you want to load your own material as the project progresses. Choose junk removal or cleanup if you need help carrying, gathering or loading it. If your project needs both, explain the sequence in one request. Labor, hauling and disposal should each be clear in the agreed quote.
